Five sketches based upon the tales of Don Quixote. They are Fighting Windmills, Burning Enchantments, Tale of Foolish Curiosity (unaccompanied), The Knight of Mirrors (unaccompanied) and Don Quixote’s Penitence.
Each of the sketches has a thumbnail from the original Don Quixote novel by Miguel de Cervantes, to aid interpretation so that the player can really put some personality into the music.
